Who runs this site

richlandvolleyball.com is run by the Richland Raider Volleyball Booster Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of parent volunteers supporting the girls volleyball program at Richland High School in Prosper, Texas.

This is an independent booster club website. It is not operated by Richland High School or Prosper ISD, and it does not speak for the school district. For official school communications, visit the Richland High School volleyball page.

What we collect: nothing

This site collects no personal information. It has:

• No forms. You cannot enter data here.
• No cookies set by this site.
• No analytics or tracking scripts.
• No accounts and no payments.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs to run the service. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the standard technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to deliver the font files.

Where store purchases and sign-ups happen

All memberships, spirit wear purchases, tickets, and contact messages happen on outside services that we link to, mainly BoosterHub and HometownTicketing. Those services have their own privacy policies, and any information you enter there is governed by them, not by this page.

Team photos

Photos on this site show Richland volleyball players and events, and come from the program's own public channels. We do not publish student names alongside photos.

We follow Prosper ISD's rules on student images. The district governs the release of student information and images under Board Policy FL(LOCAL) and the student handbook, which give parents the right to opt out in writing. Because our photos come from the program's own public channels, they operate under those district rules. If an opt-out applies to your student, or you simply want a photo removed, contact the booster club through BoosterHub (the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page) and we will take it down promptly.

Children's privacy

This site collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If the site ever adds features that change these facts (such as a contact form or analytics), this page will be updated first and the date above will change.
